Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing and billing

Utaralah Pro costs RM79 per month or RM780 per year, charged in Malaysian Ringgit to the payment method you provide. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each period until you cancel.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your Pro features, extra photo slots, documents and mini-store stay active until the end of the period you already paid for.

After Pro ends, listings above the free limit of one active listing are hidden rather than deleted, and become visible again if you resubscribe.

3. Refunds

Because Pro features are delivered immediately, refunds are limited to:

• First purchase: a full refund if you request it within 7 days of your first Pro payment and have posted no more than one Pro listing
• Duplicate or accidental charge: refunded in full
• A confirmed service failure that prevented you from using Pro features for more than 72 continuous hours: refunded on a pro-rata basis

4. Not refundable

Renewals after the first period, partly used months or years, accounts suspended for breaching our Terms & Conditions, and advertising placements that have already started running are not refundable.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@utaralah.com from the address on your account with your account email, the payment date and the reason. We reply within 5 working days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.

6. Failed payments

If a renewal fails, we retry for up to 7 days and email you. If it still fails, the account reverts to the free plan and extra listings are hidden until payment succeeds.

7. Advertising placements

Ad slots are booked for a fixed period and paid in advance. Cancel more than 7 days before the start date for a full refund; after that, the fee is non-refundable but the placement may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
